100 Davenport is a new mixed-use condominium development currently in pre-construction at the southeast corner of Davenport Road and McAlpine Street in the Yorkville neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario by Diamante Development Corporation.
This proposed development consists of a 39 storey building with 53 dwelling units designed by Douglas Cardinal Architects and ZAP Architects.
The building will have an innovative and iconic design. Architect Douglas Cardinal has sought to connect the earth’s elements and the location of the subject site’s along a historic route for Indigenous Peoples originally know as “Gete-Onigaming”, Ojibwe for “the old portage”.
There will be 65 long-term and short-term bicycle parking spaces, 100 resident parking spaces and 14 visitor vehicle parking spaces and commercial parking spaces for the new development.
The Condo is located close to the Bay TTC Subway Station, the Bloor TTC Subway Station as well as the Rosedale TTC Subway Station. It is situated in the Yorkville area close to gourmet restaurants and upscale boutiques. Located to the south of Bloor Street one can find the Royal Ontario Museum, the University of Toronto St. George Campus, Queen’s Park and St. Michael’s College.
