History: In 1961 when Isadore Sharp opened the first Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto no one could have imagined he would take his luxury brand worldwide then in 2012 launch the Four Seasons Private Residences in Yorkville. Well, maybe Issy did have that vision!

Developed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resort in partnership with Bay-Yorkville Developments (a.k.a. developers Menkes and Lifetime ) exsquitely designed condominiums range in size from 680 s.f. to over 9000 s.f. ArchitectAlliance designed the two glass towers, Yabu Pushelberg designed the lobbies, and Claude Cormier created the adjoining parkette with carved hedges in the shape of a rose.

The Private Residences feature 10 foot ceilings, 8 foot doors, top-tier appliances, luxurious kitchen and bathrooms, fireplaces, some residences have direct elevator access and separate staff entrances. Services include: 24-hour concierge, valet, door man, Four Seasons room service, a la carte housekeeping, on site car detailing.
50 Yorkville Avenue, Four Seasons West Private Residences begin on the 26th floor of the 55 storey hotel-residential tower above the Four Seasons Hotel, 28,000 square foot spa and fitness centre, dBar, and Cafe Boulud.

55 Scollard Avenue, Four Seasons East Private Residences, is a 26 storey tower on the South Side of Scollard overlooking the Rose Garden. The two towers are joined by a 9th floor walkway providing residents direct access to the Four Seasons Spa, fitness centre and restaurants. Buca Yorkville restaurant is located at street level.
