The Rosedale on Bloor is a newly anticipated condo project by the Easton’s Group of Hotels, who worked on the successful Dundas Square Gardens, to be located at 387 Bloor Street East in Toronto. The proposed condominium will be mixed-use, consisting of two buildings – 49 and 12 storeys respectively, joined by a podium below, which will incorporate a host of retail space. The condo will be centrally located, close to the upbeat Yonge & Bloor, and Yorkville neighbourhoods and will overlook Rosedale.
Building A is proposed to have 506 residential units, while Building B will have only 76 – bringing the total to a combined 582 condo units. Parking is to be in 4 levels of underground space with a total of 173 proposed spots for residents, accessed from a driveway off of Selby Street. The ground floor will house the proposed retail spaces, including the beautiful lobby and lounge area where the concierge will be situated. The second floor will be comprised of additional retail spaces, the residential indoor amenities that the building will offer, as well as the proposed outdoor terrace.
